The project was a low-budget house and the client was a group of friends, one of them had inherited the property: a lot on the north side of the street with a view over a nearby park. The coherent stone form of the projects signifies the collective decision of a group of old friends to join together and build a residence, which none of them was able to do on their own. This union is extended in all the stories of the building by the crevice made by the warm wooden south-facing terraces since their continuity is not disconnected in the vertical direction and is extended to the roof.
